Jens Haaning, a Danish artist, was given USD 84,000 by the Kunsten Museum of Modern Art to reproduce an old sculpture. The artist pocketed the money, sent the museum two empty frames, called it conceptual artwork and titled the "piece" Take the Money and Run — no refunds, no store credit, no 30-day returns. Time for a collaboration with Salvatore Garau (the artist who auctioned off the invisible sculpture for USD $18,000)? Invisibility is a superpower after all...
